Mugsy was the shortest player to have ever played in the NBA. Well, if you ask me, there will be no player that ever repeats his feats on the court. I mean, he was just one of the best players despite his size. If I think about it, I think that Isiah Thomas is probably this generations greatest short player in the NBA. He was a legitimate MVP candidate when he was in the Boston Celtics team, it was just amazing.
