    **ADOPTION IN PROGRESS**
Chunky Monkey is a big, solid girl who can handle any discipline.  This fully
broke quarter horse-type mare is suitable for western, gymkhana, English
riding, jumping, fun on the trails, and is a dream bareback. She can be taken in
any direction you choose and trained to excel. She stands approximately 15
hands and at age 4-5, she has growing yet to do. Completely sound with no
health issues, she's been trained in Clinton Anderson's Method-Fundamentals,
Trails, Hobbling, Colt Starting, and Trailering. Tarp, Bag. No Spook. Great with
other horses and the farrier. Amazing mind! She will need an experienced rider
to reach her full potential and would like her very own person
to depend on and trust. She wants to be loved! Our trainers also say
she has the smoothest gaits of any horse they've ridden. This one is a real
beauty! Good, solid home only. This horse needs just the right fit!
    Adoption fee: $3,900
For information about Monkey, you can use the form below, or email her

Snicker is a 14-month old mustang gelding soon to be started in
Clinton Anderson's Colt Starting and Fundamentals Groundwork. He has the look of a quarter horse. Since he is too young to bear a rider's weight, he will be trained with the bareback pad, trails, hobbling, trailering, and ground manners. He will be able to stand for the farrier and have extensive desensitizing work so that he will be calm and respectful. .With his flaxen mane and curious, friendly attitude, he will be a fabulous addition to a home wanting a smart, quiet horse with a solid foundation. Mustangs make excellent all-around horses when they're trained up right, from the beginning. This one will be trained right! And we'll know more about his particular personality once he begins his training in earnest. Keep an eye on this one!
Adoption fee (once trained): $2,400

Cookie Cutter is a 7-yo, fully trained, foundation-bred quarter
horse mare out of IA Pines Ransom AQHA Reg #3597873 and
    Final Opinion AQHA Reg #5260179
. She is in the process of
being registered with the AQHA herself right now. Because
she is so sweet and is a people-lover, we adopted her after her
initial training thinking she would make a great kids' horse. But
since then, she's found her feet and has been telling us that
she'd like to be a working horse. She'd make an amazing sorting
or cutting horse (she was "cutting" our little dogs the other
day!), or perhaps a reiner, other kind of cow horse. She has the
moves! (contact us to see a short video of her amazing turn!) She
could also be trained for gymkhana. She continues to love
people and adores attention, but we've realized that we need to
do what's best for her and find her a home where she can excel
in a discipline she loves.  Adoption fee: $4,800

Pick Pocket is a 2-year-old mustang gelding started in Clinton Anderson's Colt Training. He is smart, friendly, curious, and a very fast learner. He learned to be haltered and led in his first half-hour session! This guy's a people-horse and from what we've seen so far, he'll be able to learn anything and will be willing and wanting to please the person he calls his own. He’s been trained in all fundamentals, has been saddled (no problems!), hobbled, and will be easy to train to ride once his knees close. Mustangs make the BEST all around horses when they're given a good start. This one has gotten a GREAT start and will make an amazing partner for someone who wants it all in a horse. This boy is incredible!
Adoption fee: $2,400

**More youngsters are being trained in the weeks & months to come. Check back for new adoptable horses!**
